TOWN OF CHAPEL HILL SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL ACTION PLAN: PUBLIC SURVEY

This survey seeks to identify current behaviors and perceptions of walking, biking, and rolling to and from school. Your answers will help inform programs, policies, and infrastructure projects recommended in the Town of Chapel Hill Safe Routes to School Action Plan.

Questions 1-4 are about walking, biking, and rolling to your school in Chapel Hill. 

Questions 5-9 are about walking, biking, and rolling to school in general.  

The survey should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
