In progress - National Environmental Policy Act review

Because this project is using federal funds, we are required to go through the process of certifying that this project will have no adverse environmental impacts (National Environmental Policy Act). We have submitted all of the required documentation for this process and expect to hear back soon that the project is okay to proceed.
