This project will extend the length of the Bolin Creek Greenway from Umstead Park to Estes Drive. Bolin Creek Greenway is currently a 2.5-mile paved trail that connects the Tanyard Branch Trail to the Chapel Hill Community Center.

This project is part of our Everywhere to Everywhere Greenways strategy to create a network of greenways that provide useful, accessible, safe, and connected transportation options.

While construction is a few years away, we will collect community input in the coming months. Check back soon for additional engagement opportunities.
